JOHN B's is a family owned and run Restaurant with myself, Mark, doing the cooking and my wife Anne running the Restaurant.

In January 1988 I represented the South of England in the Grand Final of 'Chef of the Year' which was held at Hotelympia London.

The Royal Doulton Plate presented to me, especially commissioned for the final, is now on display in the bar area.

Also on display is our large collection of cheesedishes (over 45!)

Here at JOHN B's we pride ourselves on fresh local produce, and all the main dishes and accompanying sauces are cooked freshly to order.
